Cookie season is coming! It’s time to think about what cookies you are going to make for your cookie exchanges and holiday gatherings! Will you go traditional or take the chocolaty route? Do you have a lot of time or do you want something that you can make and throw in the freezer until you need to bake them?

No matter the stage of planning that you are in, there is a cookie here that will speak to you!

Toffee Butter Icebox Cookies – If you’re looking for an easy cookie, this is it! If you’re looking for an easy cookie that you can freeze, slice, and bake, this is even more so that cookie for you. Better yet, there are only six ingredients!

No-Bake Cookies – These are always a holiday hit! So much so that people expect them to be made by at least one person during a cookie exchange, and who can so no when they are so easy to make?

Peppermint Bark – Peppermint bark might not be a cookie but it is one goodie that people expect to see on the dessert table so, of course, we had to include it in this list.

Seafoam – Another holiday staple and, while a bit time consuming, it is actually really easy to make and put together.

Peanut Butter Balls (Buckeyes) – Peanut butter balls (or buckeyes, depending on where you’re from) are another commonly seen holiday treat and another one that it really easy to make!
